Fresh Start believes in community partnership and engagment to fulfil Christ mission on the earth to empower individuals and communities with the gospel of Jesus Christ, professional resources, and creating opportunities for families and individuals to grow. Jesus was moved with compassion when he looked out upon the multitudes in Mathew 14:14, we believe that same passion and compassion rest on us as deciples of Christ.
